Carroll by Design will accept a return on undamaged and uninstalled fixtures within 14 days of date of delivery.  The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, plus a 15% restocking fee.  No returns will be accepted on any fixtures that have been ordered with customizations.  Order cancellations can only be accepted if the cancellation request is made within 24 hours of when the order was placed.  Your fixture includes a 1 year warranty on construction and lighting components. The bulb is not included in this warranty.

Most products ship within 2-3 weeks from the order date. Exceptions may include large orders or custom requests. Most items will ship ground (Fedex or UPS) but larger orders will ship out via freight lines. In this case please inspect your product for damage, and if damage is present, please refuse the shippment and have the driver note this on the documents.
